Cruise # 61- "Hawaiian Islands" Cruise onboard Norwegian's "Pride of America"- September, 2018

When we first did this Cruise 12 years ago, it was a pretty new program at the time and they had 3 ships per week doing this sailing so there was a lot of service/food issues, etc. as they spread themselves too thin and didn't have enough good staff on each ship.

Pretty much the first thing we noticed onboard this time was the staff were super nice & well trained... this was our 10th Cruise on Norwegian and we can't think of another time where the staff were better!

Also, the staff was really good at making you feel you were in Hawaii, not just on a Cruise anywhere.

For example, as soon as we got to the port for check-in we were greeted by a local girl in a Beautiful traditional Hawaiian outfit and she presented us both with "Leis"... and this was all while local musicians were playing traditional music in the background!
