Alright, the last picture we wanted to show you onboard was the “Destination Services” desk… on Regent, it’s a more important place then on all the other Ocean lines since Regent includes Shore Excursions in their prices. (that’s a super rarity in the Cruise Industry outside of River Cruises) So, you’ll be meeting these people on your port days as they make sure your excursion start times are organized, they help you make changes, etc.

FYI, best to book your excursions online in advance (again, Shawn will let you know what date that is for your booking) to get all your choices confirmed before you step onboard. BUT, if one of the tours you want is waitlisted when you go to book online don’t panic and go ahead and waitlist yourself… once onboard pretty much 100% of the time the “Destination Services” Team will get you on the tour you want as guests are constantly making changes. For example, on this Cruise we had 7 tours booked but cancelled 2 of them once onboard which opened up space for others so it’s rare you won’t get on the tours you want.
