Land Tour # 3- "Grand Australia & New Zealand" with Tauck- April/May, 2019

Like our last 2 Tauck Land Tours, we had a GREAT time in Australia & New Zealand with Tauck!! These guys truly know how to show you the World in style!! Alright, our next stop after Melbourne was at Uluru ("Ayer's Rock")... as this Amazing structure (which is Taller then the Eiffel Tower!) is sacred to the Aboriginal people of the area it was a PERFECT place to visit to learn more about the "Heart" of Australia.

Aboriginal people are still a major part of Australia's Culture so we were so Happy to get to visit this area to learn more about them!

We were only in this area for about 24hrs but Tauck packed in lots of "goodies" during our time there like a visit to the Welcome Center, a Sunset "drinks & snacks" Celebration, a drive around the impressive site (it's almost 6 MILES/10 KMS to get around it!!), a walk around the base of it, etc.
