For our final evening at the "Silky Oaks Lodge" not only did we get treated to a super tasty dinner & wines but we also were treated to some "bush-themed" entertainment... our performer was not only talented (as you'll see in the next video) but he had some GREAT stories about the "Outback" and the origin of some of Australia's famous songs such as "Waltzing Matilda".
It was a great evening & highlight for sure!! :-)
